This work is part of the artist’s studio archive release. Created as a preparatory study for the figure of Venus in The Block, this drawing explores anatomy, structure, and material experimentation through the combination of shellac ink, charcoal, and oil stick. The work reflects the artist’s process of developing the human form through observation, abstraction, and classical figure study.
Presented in excellent condition.
Due to the size of the work, it will be shipped carefully rolled in a protective tube. The collector will need to have the work professionally flattened and/or framed upon arrival.
